What is this?

Tickets are support requests — bugs, questions, or feature ideas. Each ticket has a priority and a status.

How to use
  1. 1Tap a status tab to focus (Open, In progress, Resolved).
  2. 2Change the status inline by clicking the badge in the row.
  3. 3Click 'New ticket' to file a request — describe the problem clearly.
